Bee Girl Organization
Baublebee Co. started with wallets, but even from the beginning, I knew I wanted this to be about so much more than that.
I love sharing the idea busy moms are not solely responsible for carrying the physical, mental, and emotional weight for everyone, all the time. I love encouraging you to ditch the huge bags with endless applesauce pouches, goldfish, and party favor trinkets. I love that lightbulb moment when the clutter on the outside decreases and the clarity on the inside increases.
But I can't help but to imagine this platform as so much more. After a lot of thought, research, and conversation with my small business community, I have decided which organization I want to support with the profits from Baublebee Co.
The Bee Girl organization is a grassroots nonprofit centered on bee habit conservation through research, regeneration, & education. Organization founder, Sarah “Bee Girl” Red-Laird, leads a team to show kids, beekeepers, and farmers how to love their bees through classes, events, summer camps, and habitat projects. The team engages with communities across the nation, and the globe, spreading knowledge and bringing a sense of wonder from the hive to the people.
I am so ridiculously excited to support an organization that aligns with my values, finds purpose in action, and focuses on education.
